"玩个蛋" 还是"偏要玩"? 一个游戏两个态度

       从放出推特照片吊人胃口到正式确认,2K旗下《生化奇兵》终将登陆 iOS 平台,这款游戏由Irrational Games开发,发售后好评不断获得了各个专业游戏网站的高分评价,累计获得了超过28个奖项。不管你之前是否在PC或者XBOX上玩过这款游戏,这样一款3A级射击游戏来到iOS平台,你会有尝试的欲望么?

  在给出你的答案之前,让我们先来看看其他玩家的观点。近日Pocket gamer网站刊登了Harry Slater 、Mark Brown两位作者关于这款游戏登陆移动平台后是否会再次尝试的观点,有趣的是两者的选择完全相反。  

       Mark Brown首先表达了自己的观点:I don't want to play Bioshock on my iPhone(煞笔才会在iPhone上玩生化奇兵)。关于为什么不愿在手机上玩这款游戏的理由,我摘抄了其中几段,然后简短的翻译了一下:

  理由1:“Intricate details like delightful posters and subtle props are lost in the small screen, and bombastic action set pieces lose their edge when displayed in miniature. An iPhone is definitely too small, but is an iPad even big enough to showcase Rapture properly?”

  翻译:屏幕就像邮票一样太小了,细节什么的完全无法完美展示啊,玩个蛋啊!

  理由2:“There's the sound, too. The scene-setting '50s soundtrack, the rambling of the splicers, and the iconic audio diaries that have been scattered about by long dead denizens of rapture.”

  翻译什么?要戴着耳机玩?周围太吵了,我完全无法静下心来感受音效带给我的游戏氛围啊,玩个蛋啊!

  理由3:“And there's the controls. The virtual controls are a bit rubbish, basically, and having to juggle health, EVE, weapons, and plasmids with make believe buttons was about as much fun as taking a Big Daddy's drill to the testicles.”

  翻译:虚拟摇杆控制能再渣点吗?我完全无法体验到操控的乐趣啊!魂淡。

  以上大概就是几条主要的原因,虽然槽点满满,但是条条是道。排除价格因素,屏幕大小、音效展示以及操控模式的确是影响一款移植游戏能否被接受的重要因素。

  在Mark Brown提出自己的观点后,另一位作者Harry Slater 站出来争锋相对的提出了反驳的观点:I do want to play BioShock on my iPhone(我就是要在我的iPhone上玩生化奇兵,你咬我啊!)针对Mark Brown提出的几个观点,Harry Slater也做出了相应的反驳:

  反驳1:“We all know that this isn't going to be the definitive edition of the game, but that doesn't mean a squished down version of 2K's classic order-following Rand-job is somehow going to spoil everything that's come before.”

  翻译:让你玩太监版就已经够给你面子了!你还想怎样?

  反驳2:“Smartphone gaming gives us the opportunity to poke and prod our media where ever we are. And as the devices get more powerful, we're going to see more and more 'big' games like BioShock making the shift over.And no, they're not going to offer the best experience. But you can't put your Xbox 360 in your pocket and use it to make phone calls or order takeaway or send Facebook messages to celebrities.“

  翻译:你能把XBOX揣兜里,随时随地拿出来搞一发吗?

  反驳3:Let's be honest, you've probably played BioShock already anyway. You're not coming to this big damp FPS without any knowledge of the game.If you are, you should probably go away and play it on something else first. But for veterans, there's a thrill to whipping out your phone and wrenching some Splicer's head in. It might be a bit clumsy, but it's on your phone.

  翻译:你是职业军人吗?你居然敢奢求在手机上玩到真实的射击体验?

  虽然这两条辩驳的理由看起来有些牵强,但是我们能够感受到Harry Slater字里行间透露出的态度:对待移动版《生化奇兵Bioshock》我们应该以宽容的态度来面对,虽然移动版本无法做到媲美主机上的游戏体验,但是它确实是在进步。


  看了以上两位玩家的观点,小编也想表达一下自己的观点:

  据悉《生化奇兵Bioshock》将由2K中国的开发团队(杭州工作室)来完成,这个团队在之前有很多成功的移植案例,比如经典系列游戏《幽浮:未知敌人 XCOM: Enemy Unknown》以及《无主之地传奇 Borderlands Legends》以及“NBA 2K”系列。特别是《幽浮:未知敌人XCOM: Enemy Unknown》,因为完整的内容移植和战旗玩法与移动设备的良好适配性让这款游戏在移植后仍然能够获得玩家的好评。虽然《生化奇兵Bioshock》在玩法上与《幽浮:未知敌人XCOM: Enemy Unknown》完全不同,特别是操作方式有很大差别,再加上FPS射击在移动设备上的确难以实现如主机般上的流畅爽快,但是《现代战争5》这样的作品都能被玩家接受,因此操作上也不是大的问题,更何况游戏还支持MFi手柄呢。至于游戏的表现在小屏幕上大打折扣确实是客观事实,但是移动设备也具有主机无法比拟的优势:便捷性。如果作为一名玩过主机般的老玩家,收藏的价值还是颇高的,而对于新玩家来说,游戏优秀的内容确实是一道不错的大餐。

  最后是大家关心的价格问题,作为一款几乎可以判定无内购的游戏,这款大作级的移植作品AppStore售价不会低于《幽浮:未知敌人XCOM: Enemy Unknown》(68元)。你问我值不值,用一张图回答你。
